
HR Data and Reporting specialist
Make an impact by contributing to the social responsibility of NN Group. As an HR Data and Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in regulatory reporting on HR data, including CSRD, Pay Transparency, human rights, and other international regulations. These are relatively new focus areas that require a lot of attention, and we are expanding our activities in this area.

Wat ga je doen?
- Perform equal pay analyses, supporting the reward team and providing the Gender Pay Gap, Equal Pay, and Pay Transparency analysis
- Collect regular data for sustainability reporting (CSRD) and other metrics, acting as the contact person for different countries/legal entities and for Finance
- Implement data governance, achieving global alignment on data definition, data quality standards, clear roles and responsibilities and streamlined processes
- Initiate reporting processes for new legislation in the HR function, anticipating the impact on current data collection, management processes, and reporting
- Improve the process of data collection and reporting, evaluating existing processes, and implementing improvements

Wat je meebrengt
You have:
- A Bachelor degree with experience in data governance, data analysis and reporting
- 3 year working experience in data analysis or reporting
- Preferably proficient with SQL
- Preferably experience with a visualisation tool such as Power BI or Tableau and the Azure data platform

You will be part of a small, enthusiastic, international team of HR reporting specialists and HR data scientists who work in an informal office atmosphere. In this role, you will collaborate with HR colleagues within different areas and other departments such as Finance and Corporate Relations. You will enjoy regular meetups with your direct team members on our office days.
