We are looking for a manager for our Organisational Transformation team within PwC’s Advisory practice.

Who are we?

The Organizational Transformation team focuses on the commercial and industrial sector. We are a young, diverse, and ambitious team that is fully committed to our clients and their customers, while at the same time being strongly involved with each other.

The Organizational transformation team helps clients answering a number of important questions, such as:

  • “How do we translate our strategy into an Operating Model, that helps us achieve our organization’s goals?”
  • “How do we embed ESG aspects into our Operating Model, to truly live up to our organization’s promise to society and responsibilities to external stakeholders?”
  • “How do we set up a strong organisational structure and governance model that facilitates information handovers and decision making across the different components of our organization?”
  • “How do we combine the different ways of working that are typical of my organization, into a streamlined model?”
  • “How do we build true end-to-end processes that improve our operational performance and break down siloed-thinking in our organisation?” 
  • “How can we make our organization truly agile, and foster cross-functional collaboration?”

Who are you?

  • You have minimal 6 years of relevant work experience;
  • You understand how the organizational structure, business processes, governance, and other components of the Operating Model influence an organization’s ability to turn its strategy into reality;
  • You know disruptive organizations from the inside out; you have experienced what it is like to enable radical innovation in a new organizational model;
  • You are creative and solution-oriented and you work together with your customers and colleagues on new insights;
  • You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in data analysis; 
  • You have a strong ability to visualize information and to use storytelling to convey complex information in a clear manner;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills: you are a team player who is able to build relationships with both customers and colleagues. You also know how to include others in your story;
  • You are a real ‘fixer’: you are pragmatic and you always think about long-term implications - even when managing short-term issues; 
  • You want to play an important role in helping our customers with their challenges today, such as the transition to ESG-driven organization, the transformation of digital business models, and the adoption of emerging technologies;
  • You have the ambition to carry out projects both at home and abroad and you can carry out your work in English (and preferably in Dutch).

As manager in this team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of different client propositions, as well as the translation into concrete solutions in the specific context of our customers, with a focus on Operating Models.

Within your position:

  • You act as a trusted advisor to our clients by challenging the status quo and bringing knowledge and expertise, both from the PwC network and the wider industry;
  • You are involved in business development activities;
  • You coach and advise the consultants in your team and you actively contribute to the advisory practice;
  • Within the team, you have a high degree of freedom and you can work flexibly.
