Do you like to step into the rol of PMO Programma & Project Management within our Change Management Office of ICS? Your responsibilities include supporting change and portfolio management activities, coordinating with various departments, organizing resources, preparing change documentation, and ensuring quality assurance of project documentation and progress reports.

Your job

As PMO Portfolio Management you are part of the Change Management Office department within the Product Solutions & Control unit of ICS and you report directly to the Head of Change Management Office.
In your role as PMO Portfolio Management you are responsible for:

  • Supporting Change and portfolio management activities.
  • Coordination with all departments and teams involved.
  • Resource inventory organization wide.
  • Processing and preparing Change documentation and reports.
  • Ensuring and supporting the “stage gate toll gates” Quality Assurance substantive and process -oriented validation of project documentation and progress reporting etc.
  • Coordinating communication between project teams : monitoring (mutual) dependencies at ICS portfolio level.

Per October ‘24 the new governance of ICS will be in place. A new department Product, Solutions & Control (PSC) will be introduced. This department will consist of 6 domains who are highly interconnected and need to work together with all other departments of ICS, ABN AMRO, and other relevant stakeholders. The following domains are within PSC: Products, generic processes, change management, data management, risk & regulations, and client integrity.

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional with a proven track record in portfolio management and communication within financial services or consultancy.
ou possess:

  • Hbo/wo level thinking and working
  • Over 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and build relationships across departments
  • Experience in complex stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Portfolio Management
  • Familiarity with Agile and SAFE methodologies
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English

  • The gross  monthly salary (min. Eur. 3.966 - max. Eur. 5.665) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary determination and salary level is based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
