The PwC Technology and Network Information Security (NIS) team at PwC is searching for talented security and technology professionals to build out a new center of excellence in the Netherlands.
Operating on a local, regional and global scale, Network Information Security (NIS) is responsible for the definition of our security strategy to hands on execution of our global Cyber Readiness Program, moving from predominantly local to centralized services. Global Technology is responsible for driving the adoption and operation of global IT services across the organization.

Demonstrate intimate level knowledge of and or proven record of success with:
- Effective in supporting day to day business/resource operations,
- Efficient in managing and coordinating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Proactive approach in collaborating team members operating in a range of locations worldwide to ensure insights are effectively integrated into decision-making processes.
- Experienced and skilled in Microsoft & Google tools (Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides). Experience in working on Sharepoint would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English with ability to collaborate with teams across territories,
- Skilled in reporting, documentation and providing administrative support,
- Experienced in creating recruiting search projects for FTE resources globally,
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new joiners,
- During stakeholder and team meetings, capturing notes, following up on action items, and preparing status reports

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in:
- Developing and maintaining monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on hiring statistics globally,
- Support in maintaining data quality of rosters by working closely with Global Tech and NIS teams as well as Third Party Labor Providers,
- Support the management of our resourcing vendor through evaluation to drive informed decision making of contract approval and extension processes in collaboration with our internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with the creation and preparation of presentations and material for senior leadership,
- Understanding the importance of efficiency, and identifying and proactively suggesting solutions and improvements to business operations processes,
- Being detail-oriented and having superior organizational skills,
- Understanding customer expectations and being responsive to their inquiries,
- Working autonomously , while completing complex ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned by leadership,
- Possessing the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic organization.
- Demonstrate a strong curiosity to investigate data sources and identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas of interest,
