
Senior consultant HR Digitalisation

As a Senior Consultant HR Digitalisation at NN, you will make sure that our processes run smoothly within our global human resources systems, encompassing the data relating to everything fromstaffing and remuneration to performance reviews, expense reports and leave requests. So doing, you will provide every employee with easy access to all the information they need so they are better equipped to do their job: protecting what matters most to our 20 million customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Digitalizing our HR processes and finding improvements and create innovative solutions
- Ensuring that our digital HR processes are easy to use and as efficient as possible
- Helping your colleagues get the most out of our technology
- Assisting our HR colleagues in defining, planning, and building a business case for their HR tech strategy and employee experience initiatives
- Use your expertise to push our customers to improve the quality of their content, processes and ideas
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members to help them achieve optimal performance

Experience with HR systems like Workday or ServiceNow (HRSD)
- Preferably Bachelor/Master degree in IT or Digital Business
- You understand the business of HR and the different expertise areas within (e.g. learning & development , reward, recruitment, talent & performance, etc.)
- Project & change management: You have experience leading a digital HR project and have driven adoption through strong change management and clear communication
- You have a strong analytical focus. Your brain likes to come up with creative solutions to business needs
- You keep your head cool and prioritize your tasks. You are enthusiastic and like to connect with people

You will join a tight-knit team of dedicated digital HR professionals. As part of our team, you will work together with international colleagues based in 11 different countries.
