Senior Product Manager - Staking & Lending
What is the role about?
Crypto Earn is a newly created cross-functional team that will be responsible for crypto staking and lending product offering for our retail customers. This team will consist of Backend and Frontend Engineers, an Engineering Manager, a UX Designer and you as a Product Manager. You will be in the lead driving the initiatives of this product, while working in close collaboration with other parts of the business to align on the short term objectives and longer term goals.
How will you have an impact?
In your role, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape and make a real impact on the future of a leading European investment platform. You will be responsible for:
- Creating product strategy for your team and aligning it with overarching company strategy
- Conducting market and user research to identify industry trends and customer needs
- Monitoring and analysing data and user feedback and using this information to make data-driven decisions
- Creating roadmaps and setting priorities for the team
- Supporting the Engineering Manager in driving the timely delivery of new features and product improvements within the Crypto Earn team
- Managing stakeholders and keeping them informed about the progress of the team
- Collaborating with the finance, treasury, marketing and support to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product improvements built by your team
- Running A/B tests and evaluating data on released changes to improve team KPIs
How will you be successful?
- You have a proven track record of driving results-driven product teams that deliver on company OKRs and KPIs
- You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
- You have at least a basic knowledge about crypto and are passionate and willing to learn about the space. Previous experience with crypto, staking or lending products is a bonus
