Senior ServiceNow HR DevOps Engineer

As Senior ServiceNow HR DevOps Engineer you work on the improvement and extension of our ServiceNow HR module. This includes the portal, backend, flows and anything in between. Not just for the Netherlands, but also for the 10 other countries where NN is based.

What you’re going to do

You work on the improvement and extension of our ServiceNow HR module. This is either during projects or through separate requests. Together with the business, you dive into their requirements. What do they really need? While you are configuring within ServiceNow, you keep your client posted. When you’re finished, you contact them again to test and after approval, you can implement the change. Next to the business requests, there is room for your own ideas. This way, you improve today’s IT and build tomorrow’s differentiators.

Who you are

• You have at least 3 years of work experience in ServiceNow, experience in the HR module is a plus
• You have a ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA)
• You are proactive, show initiative, and work independently
• You are great at analysing and forming opinions
• You work accurate and you are devoted to deliver quality

Who you will work with

You are part of our young and diverse HR DevOps team within our Group IT department. We have a Product Owner, and you will be our fifth HR DevOps Engineer. Although we have a lot of individual tasks, we work together in an Agile Way of Working. And whenever you need help, we are there. We enjoy our work and strive for high standards and quality, making room for different opinions, and having fun with each other.
